Become a Research Site

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Institutional Member Site participating in Hoosier Oncology Group, Inc. (HOG) research.

In order to ensure that the HOG can meet its quality control responsibilities and dedicate sufficient resources to pursue audits at all sites participating in our studies, only individual members associated with Institutional Member Sites will be allowed to enroll patients in HOG clinical trials.
