Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BoD) consists of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Chief Medical Officer, and six Members at Large. The purpose of the BoD is review new policies and recommend membership, project chairpersons and board assignments. In addition, the Board is responsible for dispersing Group funds for active research and reviewing all institutional programs.
