Hoosier Oncology Group (HOG) is seeking a servant leader and innovator to manage and coordinate the research services that Hoosier Oncology will provide to its community members conducting cancer clinic research, on behalf of HOG and its research base, Indiana University Simon Cancer Center. The Research Service Manager (RSM) is responsible for maintaining the administrative and clinical integrity of site research operations by serving as the liaison between site-based operations and centrally-located services. Strong relationship management from line-level to executive or physician leadership is required to achieve servicing multiple member sites’ respective research operations successfully.
